Team Intensity Growing!
Total Intensity Sports has a new
member - Nancy Templeton. Nancy is very new to the sport but
has never finished out of the top five of any event she's competed
in. An outstanding swimmer, Nancy is getting stronger on the
bike and run. Only in the sport a year, Nancy has qualified for the USAT

Team Intensity Adds Boakes
Total Intensity Sports has added
Jenny Boakes to our elite racing team.
Jenny has been in the sport several years and has consistently raced
strong at the shorter distance events throughout the region.
Although hampered with a shoulder injury at Wildflower, Jenny
managed to qualify for the USAT National Championships in Portland.

Reed Joins Team Intensity
Total Intensity Sports is excited
to have Sarah Reed as a member of our elite racing team.
Although Sarah is relatively new to the sport of triathlon, she's
consistently been on the podium in her age group at almost every
event she's entered. In her most recent event, Wildflower,
Sarah qualified for the USAT National Championships in Portland.

Total Intensity Sports is excited to announce a partnership with
LaFoot Plus and
STK Physical
Therapy.
Sherwood, Tilson and Kyo
Human Performance and Physical Therapy is an exciting clinic
offering distinguished personnel and services. The three founders
have created a physical therapy clinic that provides individualized
and evidence-based quality care with an emphasis on the active
adult. Recreational and competitive athletes from all sports will
thrive to the highest potential under their care. They provide
rehabilitation services for individuals needing conservative
orthopedic care, post-surgical rehabilitation, wellness care, and
sports specific training.
Additionally, STK
Physical Therapy combines LaFoot Plus, a sports health and wellness
retail store adjunct to the physical therapy clinic. This provides
the therapist and athlete access to proper footwear, sports medicine
products and exercise equipment in the same location.

Thrive Partners With Total Intensity Sports
Thrive, a personal training and
nutrition consulting company, is partnering with Total Intensity
Sports to support our athletes with performance nutrition.
Thrive was founded by Josh Mathe. Josh is a Certified Personal
Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and holds a
M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport. He has
years of service in both personal training and nutrition consulting
and has taught these subjects at the college level.
Thrive is passionate
about facilitating lasting, positive changes that will help athletes
perform better and live a more fulfilling life. They embrace the
power of proper nutrition regardless of what your individual goals
are. Total Intensity Sports is excited about this new partnership
and how it is going to help all of our athletes this season and
beyond!
