The Total Intensity Challenge

The Total Intensity Challenge is a multi-sport test for all of our athletes, not just Team Intensity.  The challenge is a set of three events - a swim, bike and run. The swim is a 500m open water swim at Lake Natoma.  The bike is a 3 mile ride finishing with the climb to the top of Serrano Parkway.  The run is a 1 mile run along the bike path between Negro Bar and Beals Point.  The events must be completed in one day. All events must be verified by a witness, your cumulative time of all three events will be your Total Intensity Challenge Time.  A duathlete option is available for non-swimmers and will include the bike and run events only.  Course details are below.
