Spin Classes, Tuesdays

Bike or Brick Sessions, Saturday
Mornings (8.00 am)
FEES: $110/month
TRAINING FOCUS: Build base miles
for all three sports, strength conditioning, core strength and
flexibility.
In-Season
Sessions
MONTHS: April through September
WORKOUTS, DAYS/TIMES:
Track Sessions, Tuesdays
(6.30pm)
Swim or Bike Sessions, Wednesdays
(7.45pm or 6.30pm)
Brick Sessions, Saturday
Mornings (8.00 am)
FEES: $110/month
TRAINING FOCUS: Build
sport specific speed, high intensity brick workouts, build endurance
through periodization and taper for specific events.
Off-Season Sessions
MONTHS: October, November, December
WORKOUTS, DAYS/TIMES:
Swim Sessions, Every
other Wednesday (7.45pm)
Bike or Brick Sessions, Saturday
Mornings (8.00 am)
FEES: $60/month
TRAINING FOCUS: Maintain miles
for all three sports, technique work, overall strength conditioning,
core strength and flexibility.

Flex
Option
MONTHS: Year-Round
WORKOUTS, DAYS/TIMES:
These workouts
follow the same schedule as the pre, in and off-season sessions. When
you sign up for the Flex Option, you will receive a workout
card good for 10 SESSIONS. The workout card is good for
3 MONTHS. Workouts not used at the end of that time are forfeited, cards are
non-transferable.
FEES: $100/10 session card
