Housing

Nicole Young is in charge of housing - she's found four great houses for us to use for the weekend and determined who's staying where based on the beds available in each house.  Obviously, we couldn't find enough housing for everyone right next door to each other, or even in the same town (we have over 40 people going to Boulder), but two of the houses are relatively close together, the other two are a little farther away but all of them are very close to the race site.

Housing assignments could change, but the initial assignments and links to the houses themselves are below.

FOOD COORDINATORS
Each house will have a 'food coordinator' in charge of buying groceries and organizing the cooking of meals for the weekend - they will be in touch with everyone in your house to accommodate everyone's needs.

FLIGHT/CAR RENTAL COORDINATORS
Each house will also have a 'car rental coordinator' in charge of organizing car rentals and determining how to carpool the best based on flight arrivals and departures.  Everyone will be responsible for booking their own flights, but you might want to check with your house's coordinator before reserving flights to coordinate arrival times with others in your house, if possible.
