Eppie's Great Race is a unique challenge of running, cycling and kayaking that has challenged literally thousands of athletes over the last 35 years.  For those who aren't familiar with Eppie's, it's a triathlon consisting of a 5.8 mile run, a 12.5 mile bike followed by a 6.4 mile kayak.  Proceeds of the event go towards the Sacramento County Therapeutic Recreation Services.  Check out the race website here.  Each year, over two thousand athletes push themselves and tackle this fun and challenging course!

Are you up to the challenge of Eppie's?  Are you looking to have your best Eppie's race ever in 2012?  We have the expertise and the plan for you.  Join a coach who has coached Eppie's Champions and two athletes who have performed at the highest levels in the event in a great ten-week group training program which will prepare you in every way possible.  This is an all-inclusive program that takes you to a higher level than you have ever been.

Our program gets you a quality kayak to train in and use on race day, transports your kayak to and from all group training sessions and for race day, over 30 group training sessions in total (less than $20/session!) that specifically trains and prepares you for the rigors of a run/bike/kayak triathlon.  This program is led by experienced coaches who have led athletes to Eppie's titles and competed at the highest level in Eppie's.  You will be ready on race day!
